On constate depuis ces dix dernières années, un processus permanent de changement de l’organisation internationale des transports, qui se traduit par une pression accrue sur l’activité des ports qui doivent adapter en conséquence leur rôle et leurs fonctions aux nouvelles exigences de cet environnement concurrentiel.
Face à ce phénomène, les autorités organisatrices portuaires souhaitent s’ouvrir à la participation croissante du secteur privé dans les activités portuaires, qui nécessite la maîtrise de montages complexes attachés à la mise en place des opérations de partenariat public-privé.
One has noted for these ten last years, a permanent process of change of the international organisation of transport, which results in a pressure increased on the activity of the ports which must adapt consequently their role and their functions with the new requirements of this competitive environment.
Facing this phenomenon, the port authorities wish to open with the increasing participation of the private sector in the port activities, which requires the control of complex management carried by setting of the operations of private - public partnership
A l’issue de ce séminaire, l’ensemble des participants a acquis les connaissances suffisantes pour leur permettre de progresser de manière significative dans le développement et l’implantation de concessions portuaires dans leurs propres pays. Le séminaire s’attachera en particulier à doter les participants des compétences nécessaires pour régler les problèmes posés par le nouvel environnement économique du secteur.
By the end of the seminar, the participants have acquired sufficient knowledge to enable them to progress significantly in the development and the establishment of port concessions in their own countries. The seminar will guide the participants with competencies necessary to regulate the problems arising from the new economic environment of the sector.
