1st Workshop to Foster Publication in Engineering Design
Grenoble February 3 -4, 2011
You are kindly invited to participate to the 1st Workshop to Foster Publication in Engineering Design, being organised by the G-SCOP Lab with the active support of the Design Society and the French GOSPI Research Cluster with the aim of helping researchers to transform their presented conference papers into high quality journal submissions. The workshop is open to junior and senior researchers who wish to increase the quality of their publication in the leading international academic journals. For this first workshop, we particularly invite authors to submit an improved version of their papers presented at (but not limited to) ICED 07, ICED 09, Design 2008 or Design 2010 Conferences. The concept of the workshop is to gather around a table one editor and the authors of 5 or 6 papers in order to discuss the quality of their publications and suggest ways of improvement. During these sessions, the editor will act as an expert as well as an adviser. The authors will act as reviewers for the papers of the other participants.

Submission of the initial conference paper : November 5, 2010
Acceptance of participation : November 29, 2010
Submission of the revised papers : January 6, 2011
Workshop : February 3 -4, 2011
