Discussions with Latvian Road Administration authorities about possibility to use performance based contract in Latvia.
Objectives of the second module :
To study more French expierence and specifications for road routine maintenance.
To visit one concession company, one DDE and SETRA to get more informations about road maintanence and road maintenance specifications for national road network.
